Castable pouring construction method

The grade and quality of the refractory material used in the casting method are different, and the method and time of stirring are also different. The detailed mixing method should be clearly stated in the construction instructions. The mixing time and the contents of the instructions should be strictly observed during mixing.

For all refractory mixing, the mixing time, mixing method, working temperature during mixing, and ambient temperature should be recorded in the field installation report in text form. The construction of the refractory material by the pouring method must be carried out continuously without interruption. Only after the refractory casting material has hardened can the tools and modules be removed and the next refractory poured
