Maintenance techniques for refractory castables

The maintenance technique of refractory castables and the maintenance of refractory castables are very important, but they are also the most easily overlooked factors. The curing is to allow the bonding agent in the refractory castable to have a solidification and hardening time to obtain sufficient initial strength. When the refractory castable is being cured, it can be covered with a wet sack or a wet mat on the surface of the refractory castable and sprinkled in time to maintain a wet state. For parts that are inconvenient to cover (such as the vertical wall and the top wall), the spray can be used for pouring. The surface of the material is sprayed with water and oxygen, and the curing time is preferably no less than 2d, and the first day should be brewed. The maintenance system is related to the type of binder of the refractory castable. If the curing time is shortened during production, or if it is not maintained at all, it will often cause problems in the next baking.
