Wear-resistant refractory plastics

L. Construction preparation

1.1 according to the design requirements and the technical requirements of construction materials, the furnace steel structure, datum line, holes and other parts, especially the spacing of threaded metal pins, shall be fully inspected and accepted, and the construction shall be carried out only after qualified.

1.2 the construction department shall clean up the debris in and around the furnace, and transport the construction machines and scaffolds to the site. The erection shall be in good condition, the power and water sources shall be connected, and the electric machines and tools shall turn normally in the test.Winter construction of thermal facilities (such as solar lamps, heaters, etc.) should be complete.

1.3 the machines and tools for plastic ramming can be ramming machines, air picks or wooden hammers. Rubber pads should be added to the hammers' heads, and other tools such as dressing knives, seam cutting knives, breathable brazers and steel wire brushes should also be available.

1.4 wear-resistant plastic can be divided into two parts: bagged base material and barreled binder. The base material shall be placed in a place with moisture-proof measures near the construction site, and barreled binder shall be transported to the site for use, which shall be stirred evenly before use.

2. Construction mix ratio

2.1 wear-resistant plastic base material is 40 kg per pack, and barrel binding agent is 35 kg per barrel.

2.2 the construction ratio of wear-resistant plastics is as follows:

Base material l 00%

Additive (l bag per 2 packs of base material)

Binder 11 & ndash;13% (additional quantity, depending on temperature and humidity during construction season)

40 kg to 80 kg per batching unit (depending on the number of workers and the speed of construction)

3, mixed practice

3.1 the mixing equipment of wear-resistant plastic should be equipped with forced mixer, such as j4-375, tq-250, etc.

3.2 all raw materials (especially additives) shall be weighed and poured into the blender without omission or addition.

3.3 the base material must be poured into the blender by the whole bag. After dry mixing for one minute, add the measured binder and mix it.8 minutes, uniform color, good hand knead into a ball, not stick to the hand before the material.

3.4 mixed practice can be cut into small pieces of plastic adobe, plastic film wrapped, barrels for use.Air - dried, dry mud should not be used.Mix well with mud.30 minutes must be used up.

4. Ramming and shaping

4.1 in principle, there is no need to set up templates for wear-resistant plastic construction, but the spacing of metal pins must be moderate, 30 to 45mm is advisable.If the distance is too large, the v-shaped nails should be welded, and all arc transition sections should be welded with the long v-shaped nails.

4.2 metal surface shall be treated before ramming and forming to remove floating ash and debris.

4.3 attention should be paid to safety in the construction process, and close cooperation should be conducted between various processes. When the ambient temperature is lower than 7℃, attention should be paid to cold prevention and warmth preservation.

4.4 wear-resistant plastic pounding construction should be carried out continuously, if it must be interrupted, need to cover the interface with plastic, to prevent dehydration, if the interruption time is long, the interface dry, qing cut into steps or reserved steps, will dip in the hard surface with steel brush bristles, and then can continue construction.

4.5 during plastic ramming construction, the blank shall first be closely blocked, and multiple construction workers shall work in the same direction or in a radial direction.Ramming machine, pick or wood hammer face operation should be stacked at least 1/4 about, pound;5 times.Can the thickness of plastic with 30 -- 90mm is advisable, must be in accordance with the provisions of the thickness of one-time cloth, avoid by all means in parallel to the direction of the work surface appear layered construction phenomenon.

5, work surface processing

5.1 after basically pounding the construction section, pay attention to maintain the working face flat with a flat plate and hammer head, and remove the protruding section with a shovel knife, and fill in the concave part after excavation.If the surface becomes dry, use a small amount of water spray wetting before the relevant surface treatment.Surface treatment usually includes trimming, shaving, prancing and wetting holes and cutting expansion joints.

5.2 leveling surface with flat plate is usually smooth, use steel brush brush gently bristle, in order to expose the internal pores, easy to remove water.

5.3 the air vent should be punctured with a steel fiber (i.e. air vent) with a diameter of 4nun. The air vent depth is 10—12mm is advisable, the center distance of exhaust gas tie is 150 to 250mm, in principle should avoid the metal pin.

5.4 use wear-resistant plastic construction flat surface principle does not need to reserve expansion joints, except mechanical expansion joints, it is ok to have building joints or cold joints, mechanical expansion joints can be cut according to the design requirements, also can be reserved, cutting with the slit knife when cutting, pulling the knife should be slow, in order to prevent damage to the furnace top lining.

Expansion joints should be reserved or cut at the inflection point of the smooth mutation surface with width of 2&mdash.3mm, depth less than l / 2 liner thickness.

5.5 after surface treatment of the construction body, in principle, the oven shall be organized in time. If the conditions of the oven are not met, moisture-proof protection measures shall be taken for the construction body.

6, oven

6.1 the baking system of wear-resistant plastics shall, in principle, comply with the thermal health specification of brick masonry of castable materials, and slowly increase temperature and implement thermal insulation before 600℃.

6.2 if the furnace is repaired in a small area, no special oven measures need to be taken, and the temperature can rise naturally with the operation of the boiler.
