Low cement castable

Words:[Big][Medium][Small] Mobile Page Two-Dimensional Code 2018-06-10

Low cement refractory castable is refers to the combination of calcium aluminate cement refractory castable, CaO content less than 2.5% of the castable means the amount of calcium aluminate cement is about half of the ordinary calcium aluminate cement castable - a third of the castable, refractory castable is different: low cement refractory castable matrix is Lord with castable material chemical composition in the same or similar have condensing combination effect of ultrafine powder to replace part or most of the calcium aluminate cement, so this kind of castable belongs to hydration and coagulation combined with common castable.Due to the replacement of some calcium aluminate cement with ultrafine powder (micro powder), low-cement refractory castables have the following advantages:

1. Low Cao content in castable can reduce the formation of low eutectic phase in the material, thus improving the refractoriness, high temperature strength and slag erosion resistance;

2. During construction, the mixing water consumption of castable is only 1/3 to 1/2 of that of ordinary castable, so the porosity is low and the volume density is high;

3. After pouring and molding, less cement compounds are generated during curing. During heating and baking, there is no large number of damage of hydration bond, resulting in the decline of moderate temperature intensity.

4. The strength composition of castable can be adjusted properly to prepare the self-flowing castable and pump pouring castable.
