Precautions for pouring material

Stirring is a very important process because it has a decisive influence on the quality of the lining. It is important to use the right mixing equipment, watch the correct mixing time and use the right amount of agitating solution. The refractory castable should be stirred by a forced mixer. The speed of the mixer is not less than 18 rpm. It is not allowed to use manual stirring. It is recommended to use the forced mixer below.
