Rotary kiln introduction

Words:[Big][Medium][Small] Mobile Page Two-Dimensional Code 2019-05-22

Rotary kiln incinerator, also known as rotary kiln, is a steel hollow cylinder that is slightly inclined and lined with refractory bricks. Most of the waste material is heated by the gases generated during the combustion process and the heat transferred from the kiln wall. Solid waste is sent from the front end to the kiln for incineration and is rotated to achieve the purpose of agitating the waste. Maintain proper tilt when rotating to facilitate the decline of solid waste. In addition, waste liquid and waste gas can be fed from the kiln head or the second combustion chamber, and even the whole barrel of waste can be sent to the rotary kiln incinerator for combustion.

Rotary kiln incineration technology is the most mainstream technology in the current hazardous waste incineration technology. It is the most widely used furnace type. It is a multi-purpose incinerator capable of incinerating a variety of solid, semi-solid, liquid and gaseous wastes. Combustible wastes of various types and shapes (particles, powders, blocks and drums) can be sent to rotary kiln for incineration.
