It is a gas-hard material with low-temperature hardening properties to ensure the wear resistance of circulating fluidized bed boilers.

Construction process:

When using, use a forced mixer to stir. When stirring, add the hardening agent in the small bag evenly. After stirring for 1 minute, add 4-5% of the adhesive and stir for 3 minutes. When the material is in a certain plasticity, it can be discharged. use.

The construction time is guaranteed to be 30 minutes after the construction of the rubber hammer or the construction of the machine. The initial setting time is about 1 hour.

During construction, the plastic can be laid to a certain thickness, generally not more than 60mm thick, smashed with a rubber hammer or a wooden hammer, and the part of the beating furnace wall generally does not need a supporting die, and the lining after beating is thicker than the design size. The excess should be removed in time. That is, after the mold is removed from the mold, such as the top of the furnace, if there is excess, it must be removed. If the trimmed excess material is not dried, it can be used on a non-working surface. It is best to carry out the finishing work in parallel with the beating process. If the construction is interrupted, cover the surface with a plastic cloth or the like to prevent rapid drying. After the wear-resistant plastic can be stirred, the construction time is about 30 minutes (always change with the ambient temperature). Once the time is too long, it should be thrown away and cannot be used any more.

Applicable area:

It has a wide range of applications and can be selected according to the conditions of use. It can be directly cast into a lining, or it can be made into a precast block by pouring or compacting. Suitable for high temperature areas with low friction, such as boiler bottom air chamber, primary air duct, return riser (feed leg), return feeder, return pipe, tail flue furnace wall, cold slag machine, tail flue Filling of each furnace door, etc.
