According to the densification and shape of products, there are sintering, melting casting and melting spray method.Sintering method is to pre-burn the mature materials, crush and screen the raw materials, and then mix with the raw materials in a certain proportion, through molding, drying and firing.The melting casting method is to melt the raw materials at high temperature through mixing and fine grinding, casting directly, crystallizing and annealing to become products.Their compact green body, high mechanical strength, high temperature structural strength, slag resistance is good, the use of the scope is constantly expanding.Melt spray method is to melt the ingredients, with high pressure air or superheated steam to spray, make it dispersed into fiber or hollow ball method.Products are mainly used as light refractory, heat insulation materials, also can be made into powder or granular shaped refractory materials, temporary use with tar, asphalt, cement, phosphate, sulfate or chloride salt and other binder cement, without molding and sintering and direct use.
