Precautions for storage of castable

Castable belongs to amorphous refractory material, which is widely used, such as in the lining of heating furnace. The daily maintenance of castable is related to the service life of castable, so we have special requirements when storing castable. Today, I would like to tell you the matters needing attention of daily maintenance of castable.

1, pouring materials should be stored in a closed, ventilated space, not only to prevent direct sunlight, more importantly, moisture-proof, it is best to have ventilation and dehumidification equipment.

2. Solid bags should be selected for pouring materials during storage to avoid breaking bags into sundries.

3. Check the storage space of pouring material regularly, and deal with the problem immediately if any. Do not delay again and again.
