Wear-resistant refractory castable

1. This manual is applicable to the construction of all dense low-cement castable wear-resistant refractories.

2, wear-resistant refractory castable has been measured accurately in accordance with the ratio, considering the timeliness of additives, aggregate and powder packaging.Aggregate is packed in plastic woven bags;Powder materials are packed with plastic woven inner plastic film.Two bags of aggregate and one bag of powder, 5.5 -- 6.5% water is the minimum batching unit.

3. Transportation and storage

3.1 transportation shall depend on the distance between the factory and the construction site. For short distance (within 500km), automobile transportation can be selected, and for longer distance, train transportation can be selected.

3.2 wear-resistant castable is usually packed in plastic woven bags.Should be placed in dry and well-ventilated, avoid direct exposure to strong light or high temperature places.

4. The best validity period is six months.

5. Equipment:

5.1 the mixing equipment adopts forced mixer

5.2 the construction of pouring adopts high-frequency vibration bar and has complete sporadic tools (tile knife, plaster knife, shovel, cart, bucket).

5.3 use clean drinking water to ensure normal solidification and hardening of castable (PH value 6.5-7)

5.4 take measures to prevent rain and rain.

5.5 the site shall have complete safety measures.

6, mixing

6.1 the best temperature at the construction site is +5-30℃. If the temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken. Good insulation measures should be taken in winter construction.

6.2 according to the procedures of the actual construction site, ensure the amount of stirring each time, generally 4 bags of aggregate and 2 bags of powder.When mixing, pour all aggregate and powder into the mixer for dry mixing for about 30 seconds (to eliminate particle segregation during transportation), then slowly add all construction water (measure the added water amount with a scale container, the added water amount must be accurate), mix for 4-6 minutes, and make it fully mixed.It is very important to pay special attention to the addition of water. Too much water will prolong the solidification time and reduce the mechanical strength of wear-resistant materials.Too little water, unable to vibration, low strength, rotating part position can not be completely filled with refractory, material is not easy to compactness.The amount of added water shall be controlled within a certain range (allowable deviation ± 0.3-0.5%) according to the ambient temperature of the pouring site.

7, construction,

7.1 formwork: the surface is smooth, and has enough strength and stiffness, the support must be firm, the size is accurate, to prevent the displacement and deformation in the construction process, the formwork joint structure is tight and does not leak slurry.The formwork made of hard wood must be soaked in clean water to prevent deformation. The formwork face should be coated with appropriate stripping oil.

7.2 metal anchorage parts: the surface must be coated with asphalt or plastic to reduce the adverse stress caused by the thermal expansion difference of the interface.

7.3 casting construction:

Pour the fully mixed castable material into the mold and vibrate in time.The thickness of each feeding shall be controlled within the range of 200-300, and the vibrating program shall discharge a large number of bubbles in the material with slight surface grouting.The spacing of each vibrating point should be controlled at about 200. The construction of large area must be carried out in continuous sections, and the construction joints should be reduced as much as possible.The vibration shall ensure that each corner of the model is fully filled to obtain the best mechanical strength, and the template of each area shall be fully supported without interruption.During the exchange of vibration points, it must be inserted or exited slowly to avoid the formation of vibration holes. After the vibration of each layer is completed, it is not necessary to smooth it and keep it natural. After each layer is added, all the vibration should be completed within 20 minutes.

8, parting

Usually 12 hours after the end of the construction (winter should be appropriately extended) before demodulation, demodulation into the template must be gently hit to prevent brutal construction, damage to the construction body.The oven should be ventilated and drained as much as possible before it is fired after 3 days of natural curing (in the season of high humidity and low temperature, the natural curing time should be as long as possible).
