1. Lightweight thermal insulation castable is suitable for mechanical spraying, casting or coating.

2. The lightweight pouring product has been measured accurately according to the ratio. Considering the timeliness of the binder, the lightweight material and the binder are packaged separately.Five bags of light material plus one bag of binder is the minimum ingredient unit.

3. Transportation and storage

3.1 transportation shall be determined according to the distance between the factory and the construction site. For short production (within 500km), automobile transportation can be selected; for long distance, train transportation can be selected.

3.2 light insulation castable should be placed in a place with good dry ventilation, avoid direct exposure to strong light or high temperature.

4. The best validity period is four months.

5, equipment,

5.1 forced mixer (manual mixing can be considered when the usage is small and conditions are limited).

5.2 complete miscellaneous tools (ruler, plaster knife, shovel, cart, bucket)

5.3 use clean domestic water to ensure normal solidification of castable (PH 6).5-7)

5.4 timely take rainproof and waterproof measures.

5.5 the site shall have complete safety measures.

6, mixing

6.1 the best temperature at the construction site is +5-+30℃. If the temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken.

6.2 clean mixing equipment and other tools, and prepare clean water according to requirements strictly. It is advisable to keep the water temperature between 15 and 20℃ in winter. The mixer should be placed close to water and electricity.

6.3 determine the amount of stirring once according to the actual dosage. Pour in the mixed light material and add the binder to dry mix in advance for 2-3 minutes, so that the light material and the binder can be evenly mixed and the appearance is basically the same.Then add about 80% of the total water consumption, and finally add water according to the slurry dry and wet process, continue to stir for 3 -- 5 minutes, under the conditions of satisfying the construction workability, strictly control the amount of water added, generally 40 -- 50% of the amount of dry material, the whole stirring time is controlled in 5 -- 8 minutes.The use time of the stirred materials shall not exceed 30 minutes, and the amount of water shall be adjusted according to the construction site and construction method.

7, construction,

During construction pouring, if the thickness is above 100mm, it can be formed by manual tamping method. It is enough to use a wooden stick to make it solid. When setting up the template, it can also use small vibration bar to vibrate, but the vibrating time should not be too long, so as to avoid uneven density caused by floating light particles.Thin thickness can be directly on the manual daub, and the corresponding reduction of moisture, to prevent collapse or the generation of holes.

8, parting

Usually after the completion of construction 12 hours (winter 24 hours) before the demodulation, demodulation should be gently hit the template, to prevent the brutal removal of the mold and damage to the castable and formwork.Due to the large amount of moisture in the construction of lightweight thermal insulation castable, the construction of wear-resistant refractory layer can only be carried out after more than 2 days of natural maintenance (pay attention to ventilation and moisture drainage).
